How to Use

Barley Grass Juice Powder

• Mix 1 scoop (1 tsp or 3g) with 1 glass (240mL) of cold or lukewarm water
• Drink 1 glass in the morning or afternoon, about 30 minutes before a meal
• Use cold or lukewarm water only (NOT hot water)

Stevia Erythritol

• Use 1:1 in place of sugar in drinks, desserts, and baking
• It's very sweet, so start with a little less and adjust to taste
• Note: it does not caramelize like regular sugar

1. Mix 1 scoop (3g) Herbal Nation Barley into 1 glass (240mL) of cold water.
2. Add the juice of ½ lemon or 2–3 calamansi.
3. Sweeten with a small amount of Herbal Nation Stevia to taste, add ice, and stir well.
