How to drink Herbal Nation Barley?
For maintenance:
1-3 glasses per day – one (3g) scoop
If diagnosed with health issues:
4-6 glasses per day – one (3g) scoop
Herbal Nation Barley comes with a 3-gram free scooper – 1 scoop per 1 glass (240ml)
Barley has no overdose.
Best to take on an empty stomach or 30 minutes before meal, for best results use lukewarm water.
